How to make Banana Bread with Vegetable Oil?

Do you know how to make easy and moist banana bread recipe? If not, don’t worry! We will teach you how to make it! Innumerable people make banana bread and almost everybody loves it. Anybody who is a baker would be well equipped with the fact that oil cakes and butter cakes also exist!  

The following recipe makes ten happy slices with two loaves. The preparation time that goes into its making is one hour fifteen minutes.  Let us now see how it is exactly made to satiate the sweet tooth of people!

 You would require loaf Pans of 8 x 4 x 2.5 inches. Disposable aluminum pans work very well.

 Ingredients:
#1.    You can use four small bananas if you don’t own three large and way too ripe brown bananas
#2.    One and a half cups of granulated white sugar
#3.    One teaspoon of Vanilla
#4.    One and three-fourth all purpose flour
#5.    One and a half teaspoon baking soda
#6.    Half teaspoon salt
#7.    One fourth teaspoon cinnamon
#8.    Three large eggs
#9.    Three fourth cup Crisco all vegetable oil
#10.    One two cups toasted walnut halves, coarsely chopped plus more halves for decorating
#11.    Flour and Oil Baking Spray

Steps:
Brown the walnuts at 250F in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then, remove and let it cool.  After that,  switch oven to 325F.

In the mean time, take a fork and mash the bananas and then add all the half cup of the sugar. Blend and add vanilla. Proceed with mixing till the time mixture is not totally smooth.

Then, in another bowl, weigh the flour and mix it with a whisk or fork to aerate. Then, put half a cup of sugar in the bowl. After this process, add baking soda, salt, cinnamon and whisk soundly.

The third bowl you take, gently mix eggs with oil using a blending fork till the time it is not emulsified.

Then, mix eggs with the flour mixture well using a fork. After that, put banana mixture to the egg and flour mixture and keep mixing with the fork until it is not completely combined. Then put some walnuts after chopping them and add the batter into the prepared loaf pans with a baking spray so to make sure that bread does not stick to the pan. You can then decorate the top with the halves of the walnuts!

For sixty minutes, bake till the time the cake does not pull away from the sides of the pan and the toothpick which was inserted inside does not come out clean.

Following which, pull it out of the oven and let it be in the pan for the next five minutes. In the end, transfer it to the cooling rack.

Also remember, that you can serve it when it's either too hot or completed cooled down.
