Ingredients For Making Brownies From Scratch
• 50g cocoa powder
• 100g chocolate chips
• 170g unsalted butter
• 50g coffee ground (optional)
• 150g sugar
• 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk
• 150g brown sugar
• Half teaspoon salt
• 120g all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Preheat the oven to 350F and cover the base of the pan with parchment paper.
• Take a large microwave safe vessel and mix semisweet chocolate chips and butter.
• In order to combine butter and chocolate chip properly, microwave the mix for 30 seconds. Then stir the mixture well for at least 15 seconds.
• Now add the dry ingredients like cocoa powder and coffee (if using). To avoid lumps, stir the mixture well.
• Then is the time to add sugar and stir again to combine everything completely.
• After that, you have to add eggs. However, be careful to add one at a time so that the batter is smooth and the brownie comes out to be cracklier.
• Sprinkle some salt to taste and add vanilla extract and follow the same process of stirring.
• After all the ingredients are mixed properly, the main work of mixing the flour comes forward. Stir until it’s completely combined. Do not over mix the batter. Keep the batter in a proper consistency.
• Finally, mix the remaining chocolate chips in the mixture and stir well.
• Once done with mixing the batter spread it in the pan or microwave safe vessel that is pre-greased.
• For making the brownie crackle topped, place the pan in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes (optional).
• After refrigerating bake the batter in the preheated oven of 350F for a minimum of 30 minutes till the brownies are completely baked.
• To ensure the brownie is ready, insert a toothpick or knife in the brownie. If it comes out all clean, that means your brownie is ready.
• Allow it to cool down before serving it.
