You can make up with your partner, or you can think about your beloved cat after you have reached home. #10. Think About Your Goals
You should look at your goals every day because when you will look at them, you will find the motivation to accomplish these aims. No matter small or big if you start working on one then you will ultimately work on all of them. Your goals should move your feet to work, and when you move with confidence, then you will have a pleasant day at work. Confidence will give you a positive feeling of joy, and when you will be happy, other people around you will be happy too. Feelings are contagious because you spread your vibes around you and other people connect with those vibes. So if you are melancholic, then people around you will be upset too, or they will stop connecting with you. But if you are cheerful then people would like to work with you and make good relations with you. These relationships you make at your workplace will benefit you in achieving your goals in future.

When a lot of emotions gather inside you it becomes difficult to stop them from becoming a storm and you end up crying or getting angry at people around you at your workplace. It is very important to manage your emotions at your workplace. One day I had a fight with my parents and my partner so when I went to my workplace my boss called me and asked me to complete my pending work. He got angry and I lost my control and I started crying in front of my boss. Luckily, he sent me back to take a minute. Even though my boss had nothing to say about it but it showed my boss how weak I am and how vulnerable I can be. No boss wants to employ a person who cannot manage their emotions at work. Every boss expects that the employee pays attention to only work and nothing else so when he finds out that you are incapable of managing then he will make an opinion that you are not a skilled person and he may think about you working in their company. It is better that we learn to leave our emotions at home and do not bring them out at the workplace. We can also practice a few exercises to calm our mind when we find ourselves stuck in a situation or when emotions have pent up inside us. The best way is to talk about your feelings with people responsible for them so that things get sorted before you enter your workplace and if you do not get time to speak to them then speak to your friends at the workplace. In any way talking will help you to get stressful feelings out of your system.
