Opinion
American Cheese

Well, anything, if you overeat, is unhealthy. Though cheese is high in saturated fats but also it is high in protein and calcium. Eating any type of cheese in requires quantity helps to strengthen bones, makes your teeth strong, provide a good amount of protein and make hair healthy.

So, I think eating cheese in controlled quantity does not have any harm from any types of cheese.
