Chinese will implement the world’s strictest vehicle emission standards likely in next year. It will play major role to reduce hazardous emissions.
India has already setup network for PUCs then why we not strick it insted of Odd/Even and old car restriction..There are many tiemes even new cars also produce the polutions. As china desided to fight with air polution will indian governemtn will take any serios action for it. What you say India should have to change in vehicle emission standards to reduce hazardous emissions.

indian government should take action on polution immediatly. Need to change some vahicle emission laws and also should be strick on odd-even formula.
