I do not think that once an impression made cannot be changed. One can always change a person image. Judgment never remains the same for a person. Besides, I believe nothing remains same so one can change the impression of a person.
Making a First impressions is important, but First impressions is not everything. Day to day contact, choices you make and nature is more important. A good or bad first impression can be swiftly exhaust.
