Small babies are shown naked in the advertisements such as diapers, baby food, baby powder and creams. They are small and innocent and can't understand all these things. But shouldn't the parents be concerned about this thing that showing their babies for money is not fair.

Child exploitation
The child exploitation is using children in selling kids, sexual satisfaction, and using children to create pornography or so many others purpose. And in advertisements purpose child without cloth is not child exploitation because is not engaged with sexually explicit. It is professional suggestion for public to how to use baby products like shops, diaper, powders and so many other products.
