Making of barbequed Paneer and vegetables:
To make this barbequed Paneer and vegetables, we need to start with the marinade. For that, take a bowl and add Greek-style yoghurt, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, gram flour, cumin powder, cardamom powder. Mix all the things well.
Then add in the Paneer and bell peppers. Mix very gently and make sure that the Paneer and bell peppers get coated with the mixture. Now, allow paneer and vegetables to marinate for about 30-40 minutes or longer in the fridge.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F. Take a baking sheet and grease it with oil. Now, take the skewers and thread the vegetable and paneer alternately onto the skewers. Place it in the oven and bake it for 6-7 minutes. Then, drizzle some melted butter and turn the skewers. Cook again for 6-7 minutes.
Sprinkle some Chaat masala, and the yummy barbequed Paneer and vegetables is ready to serve. Relish it with any spicy green chutney or ketchup or even solely.
