Should government ban all songs and commercials related to color of skin?

One of the most popular ads in print and web is related to fairness creams. Also Bollywood is full of songs that promote fair skin, latest of such song being "Chitian kalaiyan..."

Such repeated ads and promotion of light color skin in our media is promoting associating beauty with color of skin. Color of skin is genetic and our media should not associate beauty with light color skin.
