Should Gujarat be Ban free from Alcohol?

Gujarat is a dry state, being birth place of father of nation Mahatma Gandhi. Being the only state Alcohol free leads to drawback @ the same time for foreign tourism. considering such situation should Gujarat be ban free from Alcohol?
