How to prepare Soya Cheese Kebab:
Step 1) To make this kebab recipe, clean soya chunks when in water. Now, place a pressure cooker over moderate flame & drop soya chunks into it along with the needed amount of water. Cover the lid of the cooker & cook soya chunks till it gets done. When done, drain the water & squeeze the chunks properly in a vessel. Put it aside.
Step 2) Now, take a big bowl & add boiled soya chunks into it alongside ginger-garlic paste, grated mozzarella cheese, coriander leaves, chopped onions, poha or pressed rice, green chilli, the other masalas and salt. Mix properly and pour a little water to knead a smooth dough. When done, put it aside.
Step 3) Next, divide the dough into smaller portions & shape them in kebabs and place onto a thick seekh.
Step 4) Put a deep-bottom pan on a moderate flame and heat oil into it. When it is heated, have kebabs into it and deep fry them till they are crisp & brown from each side.
Step 5) When done, transfer the kebabs into an absorbent paper. Have it hot with any chutney of your preference.
