In this era of digital India, we sometimes feel that relevance of Print Media has diminished.

However, it might be true that digital media has revolutionized the concept of news sharing, it is equally true that Print media has its share of the limelight.

The idea of having news and articles in hard copy is something which ensures the longevity of print media. Below we list some of the key points which lead us to the thought that Print media is equally important in today’s world.

1. It comes in hard copy

The biggest relevance of print media, as the name indicates, is that it is printed. The hard copies have their own relevance and have a fairly wider reach than digital media. India is developing in terms of internet coverage and therefore making news accessible through Digital mode is not possible everywhere.

It is in this context that Print Media plays a vital role and ensures that news and views reach every corner of society.


2. The results are measurable

Advertising campaigns are measured through their success. It is often difficult to measure the success of advertising campaign when it has been carried through digital media. However, when things have been done on paper, measuring the results become fairly easy.
