Paying toll tax is common while driving on highway. Toll tax is often charged by private companies to get compensated for their investment in building good quality roads for convenience of the commuters.
Driving on good highway for a while and then having to wait long time to pay toll tax doesn’t make sense!
Often these companies don’t have sufficient toll booths or inadequate staff strength to collect toll tax, this results in long waiting queue. Government should put a regulation where each toll plaza have a maximum queue length and if the queue goes beyond this point then they should stop collecting toll tax and let the commuters travel without paying tax, this will bring down the waiting queue.
