#1. Let Your Mind Rest

One of the reasons why your concentration is not improving is that you do not give rest to your mind. People stay awake at night either completing their work or watching television. They come home late at night which reduces their time to sleep. Our brain is like a machine. It has a certain capacity to work, and if you exceed it, your brain will get heated. You need to give your brain some time to relax so that it works properly and efficiently. Sleeping is the best relaxation for your mind, and therefore it is suggested that an adult should take at least eight hours of sleep every day. How hard is it to sleep for 8 hours? It is not difficult at all if you manage your time properly and leave for bed early. ‘Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise,' is not just a nursery rhyme. It is a proven fact which everyone should believe and follow.
