The Harvard University is in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a city is placed next to Boston in the United States. For those who don't know what Cambridge is, it is a diverse region, both economically and racially, and has been named as one of the most liberal cities in the United States. It was the first to legalize gay marriage in the nation. The place is also a home to the beautiful natural sceneries, a flowy river, and eye-catching architecture that imbibes a feeling in the visitors that they are no more in the United States. Harvard makes it to the list of top colleges and has continuously been ranked among the best universities in the world.

Do you plan to get into Harvard? Then buck up!  It isn’t an easy to get in since you need to score well on SAT OR ACT exams. You should also know that only seven students are allotted to one faculty member which helps the students in receiving one-on-one attention from their teachers. Students also get a chance to develop strong relationships with their teachers. It has eleven faculties of study which has a good variety of majors and top level research activities. It also includes many graduate programs along with business and law schools.

Mind you! Tuition fees at the university are way too high. The fee is around $40,000 per year for the tuition only. If you wish to add a board and a room then the fee soars higher, between $52,000 to $56,000, a rate which is too much for normal people to afford. Nonetheless, 60 percent students receive financial help and the scholarship received is around $40,000 which at least covers the tuition fee.

Getting enrolled in Harvard is worth the price you pay as its graduation and retention rates are way too high. Fresh students live in dorms before moving to one of the twelve houses on campus.
