People are often seeking something for nothing, but with clairvoyant readings there is a huge risk involved.
You can go onto a website for psychics and think goody goody I will get a freebie. Forgetting that they are paying probably a thousand dollars a week or more for their website to be up there and seen by you, and then have to pay all of their staff. So how does this freebie thing work? Some will send you some sort of computerised thing for free, others something quick and vague that is written solely to get you to return and pay next time. Some face to face fake clairvoyants do this by saying that you are cursed and must pay them a lot of money to remove the obstacle to your happiness. They are happy to give you the first one for free or very cheap because it is only being done in the hope of the huge pay out they want from you after.
The free clairvoyant readings which are worth having are on websites themselves. Such as here where you can get a totally free instant psychic colour reading, without signing up. We actually get clients write to us and thank us for these freebies, that is how popular they are. And as you are not signing up they are not done in order to get you to pay out later.
People tend to assume that psychics are blessed with a gift and should share their gift for free. There are lots of people who are blessed with a gift, musicians, writers, painters and footballers are just a few, and they all do it seriously and get well paid for it. The difference between this is (a) people like to assume that when you are helping people it should be free, that proves you are genuine and (b) many clairvoyants only do this part time and can afford to work for free when it is just a reading here and there.
People tend to see things only from their own point of view when it suits them. Hence we get people writing to us through our contact form who assume that the famous, leading, very popular and busy psychic is sitting poised on her computer reading to read their mail instantly, and she will then write back with a very long reply sorting out their problem and giving them predictions, all for free. Which means that the famous psychic has given up a full time job that pays very well and paid out for an office, website and staff so that she can work for free every day. And her paying clients, who wait for a week or so for their reply are less important than those who ask for a free one.
Sometimes when you read the emails that people who ask for a free clairvoyant reading send you it is easy to pick up why they have so many problems in life. Because they are so selfish and only see things from their own point of view, and think they are somehow more special than everyone else.
We even receive emails like this from other so called psychics who charge a lot for their own consultations.
The idea that it should be free because it is caring and helpful makes no sense when doctors, therapists and many more people work to help people and get very well paid. Anyway, we all need to pay our bills and put a roof over our head, eat food, wear clothes, and how do we do this if we work for free full time?
One way of getting a totally free psychic reading with a live person is to ring the call centres and agencies where you end up speaking to Crystal or Amber or whoever, who is on duty that time of day, and who usually charges so much per minute. These people are so desperate for callers that they offer you a free ten minute taster in the hope that it will lead to them being paid for more time. No busy popular professional would do this. More often than not these are single mums who are stuck indoors with their baby or old ladies who are frail and find it hard to get out and want to help out their husband with paying the bills, not real psychics, and many of them also do sex chat lines. We often get them contacting us trying to persuade us that they are worth more and want to work for us if we pay them a lot! None of them has ever been successfully tested and accredited, to them it is all about money or alleviating their boredom and loneliness, not actually being able to help any clients.
There is a huge price to pay with a free reading. It is not about getting something for nothing. Let us say that your boyfriend has dumped you and you want to know if he will return. You go to a freebie with an unknown and unproven person. Nine times out of then they will tell you what you want to hear. Not the truth necessarily,l they have no idea, they are no better at doing readings than any other amateur. So they say whatever sounds good or whatever will keep you on the phone paying for more minutes.
You did not pay any money but you have now got it into your head that your boyfriend is this that and the other and this that and the other will happen. All misleading and wrong. But you rely on it and wait for it to happen. Wrongly.
If you go to a proper professional who is proven and accredited and pay you hear the truth. It may not be great news, it may not be nice news, but it is the truth. And it stops you from, hating someone who should not be hated or waiting for someone who will not return.
This is why I usually say that a totally free psychic reading is not only not worth having but dangerous.
Think of the whole thing like this. If you were visiting a lawyer or doctor you would choose someone who is properly qualified, not just any amateur who says they can help you cheaper or free. You would need to be sure of what they are telling you. This is just as important when it comes to relationships and problems.
