Pain of freshers

Fresher is the word for new, being new in any field of work. They are the ones who are hardly able to sleep or eat well due to many burdens on their heads. They are the ones living a life of struggler i guess. Being a fresher, I can judge the pain the hardships a fresher has to go for being this title attached to him or her” FRESHER”. 

In any organization when you go they want people with experience in their office to work. An organization can’t take risks or lower down its value in the market because of its employees. Nobody in this world wants to degrade its goodwill. An organisation choses a person who has worked or knows completely about the work. But here the question arises if only experience candidate are required in the field, then what will happen to the fresher’s?? Would they be able to earn something?? Or just sit back at their homes relaxing??

Fresher’s, for me are the young new talents which should be given chance to prove themselves. It might happen that a fresher is far much better in work than the experienced one. Everyone should be given equal opportunities because these are the rights of every person and as we know “OPPORTUNITIES NEVER DIE”. When a person is rejected just because of this tag “fresher” it is like hell for him/her. I too got rejected for this same reason and it feels really bad when you get rejected only because of this. Many a times as seen, a company invites fresher’s to work, get their work done, train people for 4 or 5 months without any payment and then at last say sorry and without specific reason they throw out the person. Are Fresher meant to be taken for granted or are completely fools?? 

Fresher are meant to be given chance and a place in the organization. Every person has some or the other qualities different from others which they should bring to the forefront. Talent should never be hidden and fully exposed. It may be you provide a fresher with training for the work but don’t reject him completely. Many cases are there where a person has gone into depression because of this rejection as everyone do not have the capability to bear it. 

Being a fresher is not a joke. For me, fresher should be welcomed to work in the organization as talent is not enough and fresher’s too need to earn and be independent. Talented young youth will be leading world to success and are very much required. As our Honourable Prime minister MR.NARENDRA MODI also remarks “IN YOUR SUCCESS, LIES THE SUCCESS OF THE NATION” then what’s the need of worrying fresher’s?? Don’t get upset or disheartened but keep your will strong and fight for it. Give as many interviews as you can give despite thinking about the result. Have confidence in yourself and be positive and yes you can do as your tagline. Show your full talent and work hard and surely you all will reach success along with maintain the goodwill of the organization you are working in. All the best fresher’s!
