Do you think "car free day" can solve the problem of traffic and pollution.. i think government has take some strong steps for PUC policy, Diesel cars, Road traffic rules, Public transport to solve this problem.
I think one day "car free day" can not change or solve the problem..there should be longterm steps required..like stric the PUC regulations.. also add exctra duty on diesel SUVs.. follow 18 year driving allow...add more public transport facalities..appriate people to use cycle on daily basis..etc.. i think these will helps in future to control traffic and pollution..
