Does daily exercise help the patients of arthritis?

Arthritis is said to be joint inflammation. These patients get joint pains. It is believed that regular exercise can help reduce the joint pains and help in weight lose which can reduce pressure on the joints. Also they are required to take some medicines.

Hydrotherapy- According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis show higher improvements in health after participating in hydrotherapy—exercising in warm water—than with other activities. Studies show that people with RA who participated in hydrotherapy had less pain and joint tenderness. Swimming and water aerobics, also improve the use of affected joints and decrease pain.

Moving Meditation also know as Taichi. It is a traditional Chinese martial art known for both its defense techniques and its health benefits. This exercise involves slow and gentle movements with mental focus. This exercise improves muscle function and stiffness and reduces pain and stress levels in patients with RA.

Walking is the most convenient way of exercise, walking can loosen your joints and help reduce pain. Research has found that just 30 minutes of walking a day can boost your mood, too.
