Does truth always triumph? This question assumes significance for the fact that many time dishonest people move ahead in life and those who have strived for truth often end up paying through their nose.
The increasing corruption in the society also strengthens the assumption that those who stand by truth have to suffer.

The recent case of an officer of Indian Army who had to battle it out in Armed Forces Tribunal Court is a live testimony of the fact that truth triumphs in the last. He was wrongly prosecuted for possessing god biscuits by the higher authorities. He had to fight his case for long and after 27 years of relentless struggle, the court decided in his favor and awarded him a compensation of 4 crores along with the resumption of his honor.
Truth always triumphs but it does happen that negative forces take over initially and the person who has always stood by truth has to battle it out to prove their innocence.
Truth wins in the end because it is truth.
