I want to add signature stamp to the videos.Please suggest me an app/tool.

Numbers of application are there, but the one which I regularly use to add my signature stamp to the videos is 'Video Stamper: Add Text and Timestamp to Videos'.

It is available on Play Store, hope it will help! :)
