The only constant thing in life is change. You start to date someone, and then you break up with them, you have a baby, start to take care of him or her, and a few years later your child is taking care of you, you start a new job and quit it when you find a better one. Life is never the same and if you give it just enough time, it has the tendency to surprise you in the most astonishing ways. But while change is an inevitable part of our lives, most of us are left overwhelmed by it, and sometimes, to the extent that we are even afraid of it. In fact, the fear of change is pretty normal.
