Everybody is always talking about how you need to use your “full potential,” but if you think about it, that statement is rather hazy, isn’t it? Everyone is unique in their own, so it would only make sense that every human being has their own potential to reach, right? In order to find out what yours is, you need to ask yourself these three questions: “Is there something I’ve ever wanted to attain or accomplish, such as writing a novel, starting my own business, running my own cooking show, etc.?", "Do I think about ways I can better myself, such as being kinder, more gracious or more respectful of others’ time?"," Am I happy with my physical look?”
Conquering the aptitude to liberally state our internal power means we have erudite how to yoke our true energy. This is not the power that comes from a false personality, stress, adrenaline, pride, and ego. Rather, this supremacy arises from being one whose trembling inner presence, words, ethics, and actions are amalgamated to the truth that we have limitless potential. Besides, there are many people who are not living their life up to full potential. Because of many reasons, some of them are mentioned below:
It’s frustrating, isn’t it? When you were a kid, you knew you’d do something amazing one day. Maybe nothing as extravagant as curing cancer, but you’d be esteemed and known throughout your field. You’d look with contentment and conceit at your work, no matter what it was, and know you’d made a tiny dent in the universe. But ihas it happened yet and do you know why?
You’re working hard, really hard actually. But year after year goes by, and that next level of influence and collision doesn’t get any closer. And you’re about to give up on the dream altogether. Here are some reasons why you’re still not anywhere you want to be in life.
#1. You Do Not Believe In Yourself
Maybe when you gaze at someone who is the epitome of success, it doesn’t matter what, you think “Well that’s great for them, but it can never be me.” You are suffering from an imperfect mindset and defective self-belief. You need to have complete confidence in yourself, doubts will deceive you. As Shakespeare said, “Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we often might win, by fearing to attempt.” Meaning when we permit our doubts to take over our mind, they steal away the good that was already ours. Never doubt yourself.

When we have business thoughts but don’t implement it (as ideas by themselves mean nothing) we miss out on never having financial troubles again. Not having a rock-solid belief in yourself will do nothing but hurt you. Doubting yourself only escorts to missing out on the life that you will be worthy to live.
#2. Are You Still Waiting For Permission?
Ever since we were young, we have been accustomed to avoid risks and to ask permission for anything and everything. Many of our minds become the slave of this, unfortunately, cripples instead of free men. Something you need to bore down deep in your mind is that the only person you need permission from is yourself. Although, that goes aligned with what your parents, teachers, preachers, society, the law, and just about every other social construct have told you since birth it is the truth. All of those social constructs were intended to hold you back and keep you in line anyways. You don’t require permission from others to be great, give yourself permission and that is all you need.
Get rid of the permission mindset. You don’t need it, and understand it is only holding you back. Others will endeavor to encourage you that it is for your own good but they are two-faced. They want you to have a permission attitude, so you never stroll too far off the plantation. Free men do not need permission. Nothing is more valuable than our freedom. You are not a kid anymore; all you need permission is from yourself. So give yourself the permission to succeed, to fly and aim for the skies.
#3. Do You Listen To Others?
Are you one of them? Don’t get me wrong listening to the right sources can be helpful in bringing about the success that you desire (in any field). However, most people have no idea what it is that they are discussing about and are full of crap. So, it's better to take advice from those who are experts and knowledgeable reservoir.

There are many more reasons for not living up to your potential. Yet these are some major ones that we have seen time and again. Apart from this, if you do want to help others, the best way to do that is to put yourself first. Success dribbles down. Focus on yourself, and you will then be able to take care of others who are praiseworthy of your help. Just keep the focus on yourself always. But now the question arises how to living up to your potential? How will you realize your potential? Below are a few tips mentioned which will definitely help you.
We have unconfined the illusions and restraining viewpoint that once infertiled our light. Therefore, attaining this level of freedom guarantees, peace, and clarity in our lives; these are five characteristics mentioned below that express their boundless potential:
#1. Commit To Approach
There are many people who have a big dream but not able to accomplish it. Why? Because of fear? Or what other people will say? Sad, isn’t it? You are constantly frustrated with your life. You want to chase your dreams and live a successful life, but you just can’t see it. Everyone around you appears content with their lives. They seem to have attained their dreams. Even those who are in the middle of hardship seem to be living their dreams. And you can’t help thinking that why you're not the chosen one yet? And it’s a good question. After all, they are not healthier than you. They are not smarter than you. They are not more fascinating than you. But for some reasons, they seem to have accomplished their dreams without the struggle. And you start to speculate. We comprehend that if running after your dreams were so easy, you would already have done it and then some. However, committing to a dream, and then passionately following them to achieve it, is easier said than done.

#2. Boost Your Confidence
Self-confident natives are accepted by others and instill confidence in others. They face their fears head-on and love to be risk takers. They know that no matter what obstacles come their way, they have the ability to get past them. Wouldn't it be astounding to have this kind of self-confidence, every day of the week? Guess what? You can. It comes down to one effortless question: If you don't trust in yourself, how do you expect anybody else to? However, confident people do the whole thing better. If you can't distinguish your abilities and significance in this world, don't expect anyone else to, either. Focusing your energy to turn out to be a more positive and confident person will help you in every facet of life.
How to do it? Lots of ways, but the number one way to build up confidence is positive self-talk. We all talk to ourselves, anyhow, but not all of us understand the belief we nourish ourselves with to manifest into realism. Tell yourself on everyday basis how you're the greatest man or woman for the job. Underpin all of your optimistic attributes. Achieve your targets and goals as planned.
#3. Be Humble
Boost other people up. Quit talking about yourself and take the time to pay attention to another person. What may seem irrelevant can make the chief difference in another’s life. Praise people - from the woman working at the grocery store, to the babe in your class. Make it your goal to make another person smile.
There is a clear peculiarity between self-assurance and egotism. As the saying goes, “Great people have no need to tell others how great they are.” A truly distinguished individual doesn’t feel the need to encourage others of the person they are. Be you, and be humble. Real identifies real.
#4. Stay Constant
How much success have you mounted up in your life? Whatever intensity you have reached, you can do more. Never limit your latent success and never limit what you will do to generate and remain that success. Have monstrous goals and attack them hard. Keep in mind the people who are extremely successful—in both their professional and personal lives—prolong to work, produce and create long after they’ve thrived.
#5. Become An Idealist
This is the key. Every unenthusiastic thought that you play on loop in your mind is like an anchor that is holding you back. Unshackle yourself from the lack of enthusiasm. Within every hinder lies an opportunity! Always find the positivity in every situation.

#6. Enlarge Your Comfort Zone
Your potential will only go as far as you enhance it. Give yourself some room to grow by doing things that are outside of your comfort zone. Depict a small circle on a blank piece of paper: that’s your comfort zone. Around that circle, sketch the biggest circle you can fit on that page: that’s your potential. In that space between both circles, engrave all of the things you want to accomplish but feel bumpy doing. Do you want to stay trapped in that small space or do you want to live in the big space of possibilities?
