Cheating has absolutely nothing to do with the kind of world that we are living in or the kind of people we tend to communicate with on a regular basis. Yes all of these things do have a considerable amount of impact on us and the kind of actions that we tend to take in our life; we all need to remember the fact that we have the ability to monitor the kind of response we choose in our life. The way we are going to behave is all up to us and the way we are going to treat others is our choice.
Cheating is possible only when we are not able to keep track of the way we are choosing to behave in a relationship and with a particular person. The only reason it will get worse or ugly is because we are not able to control the way we choose to behave and let external negative entities have an impact on us. The only reason people are able to avoid cheating is because of their genuine desire to make things work out in such a way that they are able to be loyal to their choose partners.

We live in a tech-driven world. Technology has significantly removed all barriers and has stimulated a well-knit world. Everyone is well connected to each other through messaging apps, social networking sites, cheaper call rates, video calls, etc. One no longer needs to send love letters to their beloved and letterboxes have already become a thing of a bygone era. Technology has offered several benefits to people, but for lovers, it hasn't proved to be very profitable. Experts say that majority of people are involved in cheating. It has become widely tolerated and easier. Dating sites such as Tinder open several new avenues for people and most of the relationships run at a risk of cheating these days. Dating rules have become complicated and many relationships survive on blurred lines and boundaries. Technology offers various distractions to people, giving them a chance to be engrossed in their own lives, do things as per their convenience. People are lesser interested in investing their time and energy in a long-term relationship. A fear of commitment haunts them, and they are hardly ready for an emotional roller coaster ride. Every person is super approachable these days, and one always has the opportunity to hide fishy stuff from his or her existing partner. WhatsApp messaged can be deleted, call history deleted. How will your partner ever come to know that you are also trying to hook up with the guy or girl you liked on Tinder? People want to keep options in hand. They do not care a lot about feelings. Everyone is aware that social media has many options to offer and they can always approach the guy or the girl they had a crush on in high school and move on. Technology has undoubtedly made cheating worse and the sad part is people do not shy away to ditch even their long-term partners. They do not give a second thought before starting that casual relationship when they are already in a relationship with their long-term partner.
