Violence is spreading throughout the World and people are getting killed. Like the Syrians being shelled by the US military forces. The terrorists are killing innocent people in the valleys of Kashmir. Either way, these are murders either out of bias or by fundamentalists. However, in my city, some people have taken up witchcraft to murder. You won't know but you get killed. Is this fair?
Shouldn't there be a legislation/law to curb such activities?
