Struggling actress Kritika Choudhary was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her house in Andheri (West), Mumbai. The decomposed body was found by Amboli Police on Monday, about 3-4 days after she was allegedly murdered.
The incident came to light this Monday afternoon when one of Kritika's neighbor complained about foul smell being emitted from one of the flats in their building and consequently informed the police control room.

A unit of the Amboli police force rushed to locate the apartment and found it to be locked from outside. Upon breaking the door, officials discovered this woman's body who was said to be someone in her twenties. Later she was identified as Kritika Choudhary, a struggling model, and Bollywood actress who came to Mumbai a few years back to become a successful actor in the Indian Film Industry.
In the beginning, the Amboli police had recorded an ADR (Accidental Death Report) case. But one of the officials added that upon further investigation it came to the forefront that this is a case of murder. Kritika Choudhary's door was found locked from outside which gives clear signals of her unnatural death. The murderer hasn't been recognized yet.
Kritika Choudhary's body has been sent out for postmortem, and all other confirmations and reports will be received after getting the results.
She hailed from Haridwar and was last seen in the film Rajjo (2013) starring famous Bollywood actress Kangna Ranaut.
