Essentially, you keep one major plan throughout the year, pay a fee each month that goes without coverage, fulfill the individual mandate (eligibility criteria) and check on the exceptions to stay informed. Officially called "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," the Obamacare is basically a US law passed for the reformation of health care along with health insurance sector sustaining in America. The law was signed by Barack Obama on the 23rd March 2010 and Supreme Court confirmed it on 28th June 2012. However, after the election of President Trump and other repealing attempts, the Affordable Care Act continues to be the law of the land.
