Every day morning we see School Vans and rickshaws overloaded with students which is not only life threatening but also humiliating for the kids. RTO authorities should intervene and restrict the maximum no of kids in a van or cab to may be 4 or 5. It is equally important for parents also to understand this issue and increase the transportation charges to compensate the Van Owners' earnings.
