Should Aadhar Card number allocate with birth certificate on the time of child birth?

yes. I think Government should be provide the Adhar card number along with birth certificate.

Yes i am agree with it..because aadhar card introduced with unique identity number..if it's generates at time of child birth.. then it is easy to identify people on any new registration like..driving licence, pan card, shool admition, collage admition, bank acount opening, property purchase, vehicle purchase, passport...etc..also good if residental address manage centraly by aadhar card..if person change address in aadhar card then it will automaticaly effect in all regisrtation linked with it..no need to change in all accounts..
