DocuSign, Templafy and AutoCad are a few softwares that can be used to automate architectural process.

I know about AutoCAD, autodesk, SketchUp, 3D studio Max and even Photoshop can be used by those smart minds. But of course hand drawn sketches are the essence of the entire process !!
