Solution 

refractive index of a medium = (speed of light in air)/( speed of light in that medium)

refractive index of a medium= c/v

⇒ c = v× refractive index of that medium

2.25×10^8 ×1.3 = V× 1.5

⇒ V = 1.95 ×10^8 m/s

speed in glass is 1.95 ×10^8 m/s
