Once you start accepting yourself and loving yourself, you will notice a rich sense of happiness and peace. That will be a point in your life when you will realize that you are enough for your happiness. You will not have to be dependent on others to make yourself happy and satisfied. happier. It happens to almost everyone that one feels the need of being a little bit positive in
their life. In order to accept yourself the way you are you do not need to change yourself
unnecessarily. If you will develop a layer of self-doubt around you, it will never let you become
what you strive to. Being cynical and pessimistic will just make you even more negative about
your life and yourself. You are mistaken if you think that being negative about yourself will
anywhere be helpful to you. Negative approach just comes with negative attitude. If you will
develop a deep sense of pessimism among yourself, you will never be able to love yourself the
way you are. Self-criticism is somewhere deeply rooted in the area of self-hate. Self-love never
allows you to criticize yourself. In order to accept yourself the way you are, you need to practical
and realistic about life because that is the approach which will make you realize that no one is
perfect. There is no perfect white or perfect black. Shades of grey are always available.
Everyone have some goods and some bad things in them. This is human tendency. Nobody is
perfectly good, so you do not need to criticize yourself just because you do not fall into the
category of being an ideal human being. To be very precise, nobody is actually perfect and
idealistic. It is like stereotyping of a perfect human, which apparently does not exist. You can

accomplish what you strive to achieve, the simplest rule is to love yourself the way you exactly
