Ever since human inhabitation on our planet, water and life have been synonymous. Earth’s oceans have shaped life as we know it today. Oceans also account for more than half of the air we breathe. So far, we humans have done everything bad we could possibly do to our oceans. We have taken more than our share, without ever giving back.
For a planet that is covered majorly with water, it is no surprise that oceans have existed billions of years before the humans came on earth. It was never our planet after all. But, today, when more than 3 billion people depend on oceans for their livelihood, it’s time to give back something to the oceans.
Take a look at this video that explains how oceans can take back what they have given us at any point of time. It is a real eye opener and will tell why Nature doesn’t need people, but people need nature. Celebrate World Oceans Day responsibly!
