To get that extra edge over their competitors, athletes have always depended on a variety of performance enhancing drugs and supplements.
Creatine is perhaps the most famous of those supplements. It is believed to enhance an individual's muscles tremendously and thus helping in achieving quick bursts of speed.

Creatine is indeed a muscle builder. It is exceptionally fundamental for those who are in love with tone muscles and body. It helps in the muscular build up.
-High Muscle Intensity
-Brain Muscle Development
-Slows down the age muscles
-Helps in fast healing of bones
These are all proved results of creatine.
Creatine also comes with some cons.
-It causes muscle bloating
-Causes cramps and steroid problems.
I am not a gym person. But my friends have a high intake of this material and many of them have positive effects as it is good in the long as well as in the short run. But it is said that it causes kidney and liver problem. It is taken as four to five serving a day. But if you want to have lean muscle then creatine is of no help. Switch over and find a better way of doing it without supplements, that what I would recommend with my experience.
