Performing exercises releases endorphins, which are feel-good hormones that keep you happy all day. Exercise stimulates the nerve cells and strengthens their interconnections. This ultimately leads to improved reaction and recalling time.
Multitasking is a term used to describe the power of computers which actually means performing more than one activity at the same time or simultaneously. When humans do so, they are more into making errors and lead to untimely completion of the task. So, avoid multitasking.
Don’t mix your studies and watch TV. This certainly reduces your concentration power and you may even tend to forget what you have learnt during that time. If you are attending any phone call, leave your work or, if the call is not important, you can skip that and call that person later on. The best way is to create a time table and follow that. Do one thing at a time.
