Belly fat is excessive fat in the abdomen. You can trim your tummy using home remedies. Causes of belly fat are eating junk food, consuming  excess carbohydrates, consuming excess calories, genetics, lack of physical activity, sedentary life style and intake of heavy food. These are some home remedies you can follow to lose belly fat.

Drink water

Drink one at least ten glasses of water every day.This will clear away all the toxins.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains pectin. It will curb your appetite and also regulate your blood sugar level.  It helps alkalize your body. It will help you lose four kilos in a week. Take one teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with one glass of water daily early in the morning and another before bed time.

Curry leaves

Curry leaves help in detoxification which leads to less fat accumulation in the tummy. It helps in raising your body temperature. It aids in melting of the body fat.

Cardamom
