How to Sleep Faster to take a Long and Better Sleep

I am taking more then 20-25 minutes everyday to fall in sleep, and even more when i am at outside of my home, because of this i can not get enough sleep. can you suggest how to sleep faster so i can take long and better sleep.

There is only one thing you need to do if you are having trouble sleeping faster and that is wake up early because if you wake up early in the morning say at 5 or 6 you will be tired as hell when you come back home and won't have the energy to indulge in the kind of free thinking which makes you want to do something till you restore your calm again. Other than this you need to keep a track of your thoughts as you can travel inside your mind forever if you keep at it so you need to conclude your thoughts about things and make peace with them so that you are not forever hounded about what you do and how you do it. If you exercise regularly and eat a light dinner you won’t experience heartburn which can be a source of trouble for you and keep you from sleeping early. If you can still not sleep go for a hot bath which will relax you and calm your mind and make sure that you turn off all lights even if you are not as tired as you should be to sleep so that you can smother the urge to get up.


It is very important to understand the fact that you will not be able to at all times be able to fall asleep as soon as you hit the bed and sometimes you will need  some time to get comfortable and calm down your thoughts and let go of all the thoughts related to the day and your life. There are times when we are sad and cannot seem to slow down our thoughts, other times we are excited and are so looking forward to the next day. It is so hard to fall asleep at once when you are going through this kind of excitement in life.
What is important in such cases or even in general is the fact that e can always go to sleep a little early in order to make sure that we are getting enough sleep and keep some buffer timing that will be the time that we are going to get comfortable and quiet our mind. While we calculate the amount of time we are getting to sleep we need to make sure that we also calculate the time we take to fall asleep and all the disturbances we face before we fall asleep.
