Job role of a counsellor

  • A professional counsellor is a person who is able to use a different range of counselling approaches with their clients.
  • Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties
  • Complete assessments and tests, analyse results and provide feedback
  • Study and update records
  • Prepare and present reviews on progress
