Mobile users should be compensated for call drops.

Paying for a call that got dropped involuntarily absolutely is not justifiable.

Telecom regulating authority should device a mechanism where the consumers are compensated for poor quality of service provided by mobile phone companies. This is the only way these companies will take steps to improve the quality of their service. Often these companies have good lobbying in the government and they manage to block regulations that go against them.
