Nokia 3310, the iconic phone from Nokia is all set to make a comeback. HMD Global is bringing the phone to the Indian market and it has already been launched at the Mobile World Congress. HMD Global has entered into a 10-year collaboration with Nokia where it will come up with Nokia 3310 besides Android powered Nokia 6,5 and 3 which are likely to be available in Indian market by 2nd quarter of this year.

Nokia 3310 makes a comeback in its new avatar and will have a bigger screen. The phone is likely to be priced at a range of Rs 3500/- and will have a 22 hour of talk time with a standby time of one month. It can be a viable backup phone for smartphone users. The nostalgic value of this phone is high and many people will only buy it for its brand value.

The phone was a rage in early 2000’s and sold millions of pieces before being phased out in 2005. Nokia 3310 will now have a 2.4-inch display, a 2-megapixel camera with LED Flash, USB connectivity and Bluetooth. The phone is likely to have 16 MB internal memory along with 32 GB of external storage. It will be available in 3 color options and will have the iconic snake game too.
