Did it ever happen to you that your subordinate or your colleague feel they're way too smart than you're? Or have you ever encountered your mom cooking in the kitchen? She will never use a cookbook or guiding instructions, not because she's a veteran but because she uses her intuition to work and it always proves effective. However, when a newbie tries their hand at cooking, Youtube comes handy and so do cookbooks where each teaspoon and per bowl specifications are cautiously taken into consideration. So, do you ever wonder if you're the smartest person in the room always or is it just I who feel it's nothing to do with the stack of degrees in my cupboard, it's the presence of mind and keeping yourself updated, that's what matters?
