Since I’m not married, I want to share a story that one of sibling told me about her first night. First of all I really want to say that all the first night stories are amazing and interesting. Every first night has a different story altogether. My cousin was in love with a guy whom she met on an online dating site and they decided to get married. However, their parents were against it because of the obvious reasons; inter caste marriages are not allowed in our family. But after a lot of request they finally got married. We thought it would be the most amazing day of their life and will have sex the whole night. But nothing happened, can you believe this. Yes! You heard me right, nothing happened. The reason was that they were so happy that night, which they decided to get drunk. They drank the whole night, danced like crazy kids and finally slept holding hands without even changing clothes. Isn’t that crazy? But I’m sure it was fun too.
Two years back when I got married I had no idea how my partner would be in bed because the marriage was arranged by my parents. We hardly knew each other and we did not especially know about each other’s sex lives. So, when we got married it was our first night that is supposed to be a very romantic night however, my first night was quite cute and funny. Let me be clear that my first night wasn’t the night of the wedding. We were all tired because of the ceremony and so we slept that night. After a few days came the night we decided to talk about intimacy. As I said, we had no idea and there were only expectations from each other. Apparently, mine were higher because I had been sexually active and my partner was a virgin. What is funny and unbelievable is that my spouse knew nothing about the whole process. I was surprised to know that such people still exist but I had no choice. I stayed up all night giving my partner sex education and teaching them about how things are done. Now when we think about it we laugh a lot. It brought us closer to each other.
