Lack of quality and infrastructure, low-paying jobs in campus placement and poor faculty are the main reasons for business school disaster.

I disagree. The major reason that these people are unemployed is because they are not employable. They don't possess the skills to get a job. You don't have to be in IIM or Symbiosis or XLRI to get a good job. There are several factors on which MBA graduates are tested. Networking, Communication, ability to convince people are some of them. There is also a possibility that companies have no vacancies. But everyone wants to work in a big company. No one wants to start small. That's another debatable topic. But if you know are an ordinary student, then gaining the experience is best possible option for you to make it big. Journey would be slow but if you work hard, there is no stopping you. Now, I hope you remember last year's case of IIT Madras's students  failing in English Language. If you have the brain to enter into a prestigious institute, can't you develope an interest in learning a language? The problem that people have with English is that they consider it as a subject and not a language throughout their school life. And then in the future they have to suffer the consequences.

I've seen many people who studied in colleges, whose names people haven't even heard of and still making big. 1 out of 3 billionaires are college drop-outs. If you talk about lack of quality infrastructure and faculty members, they didn't even go to college and still made it big. There is one rule everyone should understand- Never blame the circumstances, never blame the situations. It's the same hot water that softens the potato and hardens the egg. It's all about what you are made of and not your circumstances.

So first of all, all the unemployed MBA grads need to introspect first. And then they can blame the system.
