Why is it suggested to plan daily routines?

A very common complaint about today's life is the busy schedule that leaves us no spare time at the end of the day but a load of work pending that bends down our shoulder and leave us with no options but only to work continuously,

And do we really do anything to do away with this situation? No.

Why? Because we are too busy with our daily routines.

Because we don't plan our days, we just move on without having a schedule and we come back home with pending work at the office and again leave our homes with pending bills and cleanings hovering on our mind.

We continuously complain about Tension. We have no time to spend with our dear one. We have a headache, B.P. moving up and down and what not.

You always wait for a solution to come to your doorsteps but none is found. Don't you think you need to do something about it?

Fine,  order yourself to be stubborn enough to skip certain T.V. programs which you think are not informative. This is the first step towards planning.

Sit down with a cup of tea/coffee to jot down your daily routines, include everything, your time spent in washing, cleaning, cooking, eating, at office, in kitchen (for working women and housewives) watching T.V., reading newspaper, using cell phones, computer/laptop (for office work or just like that), looking after your kids and so on. See what are you left with out of the 15 hours you have in your hands (from 7 am to 10 pm).

Hardly any. So what must be done to get rid of the pending tasks?

SEE! HOW STRICTLY YOU NEED A PLAN FOR YOUR DAILY ROUTINES.

Do this and see how life changes.

Do not ponder, just request for leave from office or skip certain unnecessary jobs from the kitchen. Note down the pending tasks, bills etc. in series of importance. Think who can help you in finishing them. Don’t be a hero. Ask for a helping hand. Family and friends are always ready to help, once they come to know your plan. If not then you can stick to some plan and try to finish your work. Do it now or you will never get a chance to relive from your tensions.

Once this is over you should schedule your routines in such a way that you are left with enough time to bring yourself to terms with life.

Firstly, find out how much time you can seize from your phone, computer, newspaper, T.V. because these keep you busy more than you need to. You will get enough space to plan if you learn the importance of minutes and seconds.

When you invest this time with your family, your friends or just be yourself, you will love to get into a habit of planning and finishing your work in time to avoid further complications in life by keeping your work pending. tasks completed in time give you a relaxed mind.

You ought to get more time to smile, laugh and be merry than just bearing a frown on your forehead.
