Every day there are more than thousands of Indians who have to stand in a long queue either to change their old 500 and 1000 rupees notes with the new currency or for the withdrawal of cash from the A.T.M.
The worst part is that as soon as the person gets his chance after three to four hours of long wait, the cash gets over and his patience goes all in vain. The rule created a huge problem for people who only had 500 and 1000 rupees notes. They had to starve and suffer for a very long duration due to the shortage of money. Many people died due to starvation.
The students who live far away from their parents have no means to get cash in urgency. During the examinations instead of focusing on studies, the students have to stand in long queues just to withdraw cash from A.T.M. Those who have A.T.M.s outside the city are facing large problems in depositing cash in their accounts.
