I am a 2nd-year college student and I have a really strong and special bonding with one of my professors. He is a complete package of beauty with brains. Not only is he attractive but also good at everything he does. However, now I have started to get a feeling that somehow the two of us should get along and think of us in a different direction.
Maybe we can go out for dinner or have a cozy brunch at our place. But would it be wrong of me if I indulge in such situations? Or maybe should I maintain some distance between us, after all, he is my teacher and I am his student!
But, sometimes I believe that one shouldn't listen to those preconceived notions of the society and break free into the world we assume miracles happen. So, what do you suggest, should I take this formal relationship further and ask him out or should I just back off?

Dating a professor is a tough ride when it comes to dealing with all the unsolicited advice and discomforting questions that are sure to come. If you are strong enough to handle them, there's absolutely no problem in taking a step further.
You can date your professor but makes sure you don't mess your relationship before you graduate, or else he/she will make sure you pay for it by giving you bad grades.
It is always a good idea when it is love. you should always give it a try because if you don't you will definitely regret it later thinking about how things could be. So if you like your teacher, do ask whether the feelings are mutual. And if they are, you dont have anything to worry about.
