Remembering JFK On His 100th Anniversary

Youngest US Representative, civil rights activist, larger than life public figure, a womanizer but fighting against all odds, John Fitzgerald Kennedy (also known as Jack or JFK) was a popular US politician who took all possible steps for reforming his country in a short period of time.

JFK was the one to initiate an alliance towards a definite progress of the United States. He became the youngest man to lead his country towards an assertive direction that still exists. Carrying a charming personality, JFK delivered a youthful vitality to the White House and the Americans. He always believed in making the White House shine clear and wanted it to be remembered as a symbol of achievement, progress, positive history and finest culture.

“When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitation.”

“Ask not what your country can do; ask what you can do for your country.”

But how every situation has a black and white side to it, Jack too was in the vicious circle of worrisome circumstances. Being a renowned personality on whom the country depends also brought in some struggles. Questionable discussions, war suspicions, destruction of the masses and economy were all his concerns. But this man dealt with everything intellectually. He had a peculiar way of thinking and acting upon which made him different from others. He wanted to make sure of moving in the future with lesser disturbances, more employment, increasing education, newer discoveries, democracy and what not! The young lad had a vision like no other, a vision that was foresighted and a vision with clearer objectives.

He exactly knew what he wanted to achieve not only as a President but also on a countryman spirit. Even today he’s amongst the most loved and ranked presidents in America.

“The goal of education is the advancement if knowledge and the dissemination of truth.”

"The greater our knowledge increases, the more our ignorance unfolds."

Love Affaire

The youngest US president was often in hot talks for romanticizing the very renowned Marilyn Monroe. But no evidence was enough to qualify this affair as a full-fledged relationship. Mr. President never wanted to let the media find any gold piece in the garbage dump or circulate any defaming or embracing stories, so things closed off quickly after the very beautiful woman sung the happy birthday song for him in a public gathering. There never was any official confirmation about the two being together but indications kept everyone’s mouth wide open.

“If a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are richer.”

“Let us never negotiate out of fear. But, let us never fear to negotiate.”

JFK – The Scandal Man

No one knows the truth but some people believe that this most brilliant man was even ready to risk his political career over getting involved with the opposite sex. His affairs even threatened the national security at times. A few sources consider that his sexual life was about to be disclosed but the whole matter got masked with his assassination.

Always being portrayed as a dedicated family man JFK was even constantly associated with a number of women, supermodel Marilyn Monroe being one of them, yet nothing pulled him back from his objective!

“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”

“Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind.”

Yet Another Assassination

It was an incident of total grief for Americans to lose Kennedy, not due to natural reasons but an unnatural motive. It was a shock for the entire nation and a few people still cannot come out of that moment.

John F Kennedy was assassinated on 22nd November 1963 at 12.30pm in Dallas. Kennedy was traveling with his wife and was murdered as a result of a brutal conspiracy. The assassin denied of his crime and later himself got murdered by a Dallas nightclub owner who was upset about the whole Kennedy situation.

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

"If we cannot now end our differences, at least we can help make the world safe for diversity."
