Mc Donald’s, France is all set for a change by introducing recyclable knives and forks in its dining routine. Brought in specifically for its signature Gourmet Burger, the cutlery is a sharp move to get ahead in the race of fast food chains.
Xavier Royaux, the Marketing Chief of Mc Donald’s France stated that rather than a break from the past, the cutlery represents an evolution in the dining style. It was started as a trial phase in just ten branches initially, and now, the cutlery has made its way into over 1400 Mc Donald’s restaurant all over France. With this, there is a possibility that France, known for its exquisite dining sophistication has set a new global trend.
