The Millennials are the GenX. The young adulthood in the 21st century. The youngsters between the ages of 18-24 years, are called by this name. In my view, this generation is called the millennial because they have extra intelligent quotient as compared to the 90’s gen. They are technology-centric. It makes them creative, innovative, intrepid, naive and rebellious. Metaphorically speaking, everything comes with its own courseof pros and cons; so, the type of lifestyle this generation is living might trap them into the vicious circle of laziness, with the rising technology.
