Isn't it strange to pass breast milk on burning man at Nevada?

It has been a hot topic in Nevada that people a lady threw her breast milk on a burning man. Did she think that she is going to help him by doing it? Is it some kind of tradition? Is the lady trying to show tell something to the audience? 

I really couldn't figure it out with her strange act and messages. She is also alleged to give extract milk from her breast every 3 hours and distribute it to people. It is a bizarre stuff to me. What do you think?
